Summary:
The story begins with Syaoran, a young orphaned archaeologist working on digs in the Country of Clow. When his childhood friend and Princess of Clow Country, Sakura, visits him there, the half-buried ancient structure reacts to her presence. Suddenly, Syaoran finds that Sakura has lost all of her memories along with a great hidden magical power contained within her. In order to save her, Yukito sends them to the Witch of Dimensions; Yuuko. There she in turn sends him on a journey through different worlds with two comrades, Fye the magician, Kurogane the ninja, and Mokona. Despite the obvious differences between them, they all soon become good friends and aid Syaoran on his quest to bring back all of Sakura's memories (in the form of feathers) to her body.
